Business Development Representative
We are expanding our footprint and seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (Contract Position) to help us gain new client accounts and grow our network. This role is fully remote, commission-based, and ideal for individuals with strong networking, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify prospective businesses and industries in need of staffing services.

Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking channels.

Present Greenbridge Staffing’s services and value proposition to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner.

Negotiate terms of service agreements and close new client accounts.

Collaborate with leadership to align on client acquisition strategies and goals.

Track outreach efforts, leads, and progress in an organized manner.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Remote, Part-Time Contract Position).

Compensation: Commission-Based Earnings – unlimited potential based on closed client accounts.
